Family affair—Harry Van Tol and son Greg are enjoying the benefits of running their construction business that is made up mostly of family members. Philip Raphael photoHarry's son Greg spent many summers as a young boy following his dad to work which afforded him an understanding of the building industry. In 1993 Greg graduated from high school and completed his Business Management Diploma. He also completed his Carpentry Apprenticeship at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter.
Together Harry and Greg are able to manage projects as a team. With Harry's experience, being in construction since 1964, and Greg's knowledge in carpentry and management, you can be confident that with their services your project will be completed with the highest quality and in a timely manner.

We will work with the customer from the planning and design to the completion of the final landscaping. We are very involved in every process of the project. Being tradesmen, we have the 'hands on' experience and knowledge of every project from start to finish. We feel that this gives us an advantage in the Renovation business as the unforeseen may be waiting behind the next wall. Having the practical knowledge of construction allows us to deal with every situation in the most efficient way.
Our experience in the Speculative Home market allows us an understanding of getting 'quality for dollar'. The customer can have a top quality home while maintaining a reasonable budget. Our trades, like ourselves, will always offer high quality work with attention to detail.
